Yoga is a powerful way to take some time away from the chaos that is life and to recenter and focus on yourself and your health. We invite you to explore the practice of yoga at your own pace and discover your path towards achieving balance in life, both on and off the mat. Our clinic is now offering private and semi-private yoga lessons. Whether you are trying yoga for the first time or have practiced for a long time, we will challenge you to expand any limits or expectations you have set for yourself.

Pricing For Private Sessions
- 1 hour session: $88
- 90 minute sessions also available: $130
Pricing For Semi-private Sessions*
- 2 students: $104 total
- 3 students: $114 Total
*Please note that clients are encouraged to recruit/ find their own group of 2 or 3 for these sessions.

To compliment your session, our yoga instructor will provide you with a guide for home exercise and modifications for your yoga practicing and exercise.

Terrie Reeves has personally trained athletes of all types for over 20 years and believes yoga is one of the most powerful and healing forms of movement. She is Yoga Alliance Certified with over 3,000 teaching hours. To learn more about Terrie, read her bio here.
Terrie’s teaching style is balanced, upbeat and tailored to the type of class or person she is teaching. She is always looking to give the most advanced yogi a place to take a posture deeper while providing modifications so everyone has a safe place to go. She says, “I love putting together cool music mixes, classes and one-on-one sessions that challenge the body, open the heart and calm mind.
