CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
ALL CLASSES WILL BE 1 HOUR

Functional Circuit Training
This class features high intensity circuits including plyometrics, calisthenics, and light resistance. Each station includes a purposeful movement performed for a specific length of time with minimal rest in between. At the beginning of each session, our instructors take the time to introduce all exercises emphasizing each progression and modification.
What you will need: Yoga mat, tennis shoes, water

Yobility {Yoga & Mobility Fusion}
Join us for a unique yoga class that introduces you to a dynamic and fluid combination of mobility and yoga. Mobility includes deep stretching and purposeful movements that decrease restraints caused by immobilization. Our vinyasa-style yoga features a sequence of postures to help promote strength and stability, while increasing other benefits such as energy, immunity, and intuition. This class is designed for experienced yogis or newcomers who want to begin their practice. 
What you will need: Wear yoga or loose fitting clothing and bring a yoga mat and water.
